• The organisation focuses on: women empowerment, Self Employment generation , agriculture based rural livelihoods, Farmer producer organizations FPOs , Watershed developement , Natural resource management, health, Sanitation & environment protection,
• 📌 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead fundraising activities and identify impactful CSR projects
  • Support implementation and monitoring of projects in Maharashtra, MP & Chhattisgarh
  • Work closely with Trustees to achieve project objectives
  • Handle carbon credit initiatives of the Trust
  • Monitor FPO projects and support district/block teams in marketing agricultural produce
  • Attend monthly Board of Directors (BOD) meetings of FPOs/community organizations
  • Prepare business plans and ensure their execution
  • Set monthly business targets and ensure achievement
  • Establish market linkages with buyers for FPO produce
  • Organize buyer–seller meetings for better price realization
  • Establish credit linkages for FPOs
  • Conduct regular staff review meetings and guide project teams
  • Attend district/state-level review meetings with government departments/funding agencies
  • Conduct regular field visits for smooth project implementation
  • Facilitate monitoring visits of funding agencies
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting
  • Coordinate with line departments and other agencies
• 🎓 Required Qualifications : MSW / M.Sc. Agriculture / MBA in Agri-Business Management / Agri-Marketing / Rural Development
• 💼 Required Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant full-time work experience , Experience in community development, FPO projects, or agri-business , Strong skills in sales, marketing, commodity markets, and agricultural trading, Experience in networking with Government departments and development organizations
• 🗣️ Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English, Strong communication and negotiation skills, Documentation and computer skills, Ability to manage deadlines and multiple responsibilities, Willingness to work closely with farmers in a multicultural environment, Willingness to travel extensively, Ability to work with the organisation on a long-term basis
